By booking an appointment, you agree to provide accurate information and to comply with the booking, payment and cancellation terms applicable to your appointment.

Where I need to cancel or rearrange an appointment, I will make reasonable efforts to contact you as soon as possible and arrange an alternative appointment where appropriate.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

5. Client Intake and Consent

Before treatment, you may be asked to complete a client intake and consent form containing information relevant to your treatment.

You are responsible for providing information that is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge and for informing me of relevant changes to your health, medication or circumstances.

Consent to treatment is voluntary and may be withdrawn at any time.

Information submitted through client forms is handled in accordance with the MFRNI Privacy Policy.

CMA guidance warns businesses against broad disclaimers and confirms that terms cannot remove consumers' statutory protection where services are not performed with reasonable care and skill.
