Service Description

This is a recommended treatment for all first time clients or for a more through treatment session. The 90 mins allows the therapist adequate time to do full verbal, visual and physical assessment while leaving sufficient time for hands on treatment. This powerful treatment focuses on fascia, the tough connective tissue that surrounds, separates and supports your muscles throughout the body. Your therapist locates areas that feel tight and immobile and using focused pressure and gentle stretching, works to release the fascia improving mobility and reducing pain and tension. This is particular good for helping unlock areas of chronic pain and injury.
